hello again i would like to bring back a subject about hiring again,
you could never go wrong by helping this economy grow by hiring
to have a job done,
if you are in a position to hire than by all means.
you should do so, with so many of us out of work we need to get the wheel of economy going,
ourselves,
its great that the goverment wants to chip in,but lets face it at what cost, and to whom.
when I first started in this business, people would ask me why? did you decide to do this kinda of work?,
well I tell them because, I love to paint, I love knowing that i will be in different locations after this job that i do for you is done
,i gues you can say to me its like traveling the world you get to meet different people place and most of all, i just enjoy painting always have ever since i was young, never wanted to do anything else but paint,
i believe it is my destiny,
back to to hiring and keeping the economy going think of the chain that you employ,just by hiring a contractor, lets do a summary of what it would generate
you hire a contractor to paint your house
now in return he picks up the material for your house,
the supplier has stock for his shelf,
in return the truck driver brining the paint and material to the store has a job,
but it doesn't stop there, it goes on to the manufacter can keep his or her workers
but lets not forget the ones i havent mentioned, the in between to get all this to you like the gas station, the food stores, the oil companies,the advertising,the marketing,it goes on and on and on

so that small job that you employ today makes a world of difference in everyones life, not just that painter but the people before and the people after,life is like a circle,and the more good we do the more good comes back to you,
i believe that we are all good, and that givin the chance we all want to make a change to build this country to a great and thriving economy for everyone, so hire that painter, hire that lawn guy,or even the plumber, we all could use it,and we all are in this together,
here some tips on how to get the most out of your estimates

1 ask if they would throw anything in an extra door to paint or a discount if you pay cash
2 when you have three or more rooms painted will they give you one free just pay for the paint
3all ways get it in writing
4get three qoutes now remember the cheap price isnt always the best way to go
see what they offer compare apples with apples and if it sounds to good to be true well probably is
no one can say that it should only cost this much for a paint job it depends on many factor conditions for one and ease of access how much prep our you useing premium paint verses low grade
all these factors are important to the price and qaulity of your job
ask always what grade of paint and how much more fro a better grade you find that it really isnt that much more.when you look at durabilty and how offen you would have to paint my advise is always go with the contractor you most feel comfortable with you could never go wrong
