its spring time for painting

hi everyone its time to get your brushes and rollers out!.time to finish that unfinished project,
such as painting that room, faux your accent wall,or even staining that deck, dont forget to at least get three bids on your project, its always good to at least see what the others are charging it really does give you the upper hand, and it just might save you lots in the long run, but i do have to say that, the cheapest isn't always the way to go, as you might already know, it might end up costing you more by doing it twice, products are a main factor when you are looking for for paint, there are many low cost paints out there but, they don't withstand the test of time saving money on low cost material wont really save you that much, if you have to repaint every two years and maybe every year, so do your homework, you do get what you pay for, the are many   new products out the sherwin williams has come out with  duration, low voc paints waterborne epoxies, they do have a variety of great products and the service people at the counter are very helpful, your local painter could assist you with this as well,
i found that my customers dont mind paying alittle bit more for great product  as long as the results match what i am promising, here's another tip for you, get everything in writing thou it would be hard to put a time frame on how long an exterior paint job should last, most painters will give you a waruntee, but once again consider that weather is a factor. so if you are in a state that has very wet weather or cold conditons most of the time, you might not get the 5 years of life on that paint,
so always use the right product for the job,
